Meditation on the Soul

"I am, That I am.

I have a body, I sense my body,

But I am not my body.

I have emotions, I feel my emotions,

But I am not my emotions.

I have a mind, I hear my thoughts,

But I am not my thoughts, I am not my mind.

Who am I?

Who is the I that is witnessing the body, emotions, thoughts and mind?

I am the Soul.

I am a Spiritual Being of Divine Love.

I am connected and one with All."
